Location: Piers Island, BC

Project Scope: A family cabin meters off the ocean was feeling the effects of time. The deck had become a safety concern while a shower had an undressed leak causing major structural rot.

Approach: All structural elements of the deck(s) were replaced and balau batu decking laid on top. The shower was completely overhauled with adequate waterproofing ensuring rot issues would not be reoccurring.
