Project Scope: This project was a facelift for a lovely new homeowner moving into a well-cared-for house — previously owned by a sweet older woman who kept it in great shape, just hadn’t updated in years (think red lino and carpet).

Approach: We focused on realistic upgrades that make a huge impact: new flooring, paint, baseboards, trim, and doors. These elements brought a fresh, modern feel and made the home truly hers. Not every project needs to be a full gut — sometimes phasing things out is the most practical and budget-friendly path forward. And this was the perfect place to start.
