Project Scope: This sweet little 60 sq. ft. mudroom addition was designed for an equally sweet (and growing!) family. With kids running around, they needed more space for shoes, coats, and all the everyday stuff that comes with family life. Their front door coat closet just wasn’t cutting it—especially when they were coming in and out through the back garage.

Approach: By adding this functional extension at the back of the house, we transformed their flow. Thoughtful space planning + custom millwork (with hidden shoe storage! ) means everything now has a place—without taking up too much room. A well-designed small space can make a huge difference!
