Location: Bridgeland, Calgary

Project Scope: This homeowner is renting out the main floor suite for another few years prior to building new on the lot. In the meantime, the primary bathroom in the rental suite was in dire need of repair. Priorities for this project were to make it safe and new all while delivering the lowest budget possible.

Approach: Mold remediation was paramount to protect the health and safety of the residents. Utilizing existing elements where possible (mirror, leftover flooring) and opting for some low cost subway tile, we were able to freshen up the space all while keeping total cost under budget.
