Location: West Hillhurst, Calgary

Project Scope: Renovate an unfinished basement space to create a theatre room, wet bar, gym area and bathroom with steam shower.

Approach: Working with an interior designer, we created a space plan to optimize the footprint available. The end result was a TV and bar area that takes advantage of the larger south facing windows. On the opposite side of the basement, there is a private gym with a screen to connect to and ample closet space. The client’s personal favourite feature is the steam shower!
